Non Managed VPS
If you have a windows VPS with cloudieweb, and you did not purchase manged services, we will not be able ot assist you with managing your VPS. We are a hosting company, and as such, as provide you with servers to put your services, games, and other files on the web. We will not however provide the following support for unmanaged services.
We can not diagnose windows based errors
We can not resolve windows based errors
We will not install third party software on your windows machine for free ( chrome has a knowledge base article, please read this to install chrome )
We will not assist with any operating system configuration
We will not install, or configure firewalls on your windows VPS
We will not reset a windows password ( this process is extremely complicated, and is reserved for our MANAGED clients only. )
We can not assist with answering questions regarding the best configuration settings for your windows vps
We will ( for unmanaged servers provide the following support )
Any server level errors ( kernel errors, hardware failures, etc )
Replace, and resolve and hardware level failures
Ensure internet connectivity is always online
Managed customers get the benefit of allowing us to make backups for you, as wel as provide you with more in depth solutions to the windows OS. Manged services provide the following :

Services that are cancelled because we are unable to provide the managed benefits on accounts that do not have managed services will not recieve a refund, even if during our 30 day refund policy.
